Personallized coaching ($200) - After completing a questionaire about your running history and goals you will be provided access to fully customized training plan. Your workouts will be written and sent to you every Sunday during the 18 week training program. Each week you will get descriptions of your workouts and customized pace ranges for each run. You will have access to your coach through email, phone, text, or Facebook to answer questions as they come up.

I reached out to GLRT when I found myself at a point where I was back to getting serious about running but was having a difficult time managing my own training. With so much information out there about training programs, it became overwhelming to coach myself objectively and realistically.
